Short Sampler Board Pattern Packet

This Short Sampler board was painted in 2005 using JoSonja acrylics.  The board measures 11 ½” x  20” x 13/16”.

 

This version was designed for a Rosemaling seminar to help students with history and characteristics of the most popular styles.  It’s been a popular learning piece.

 

Included in the 11 page packet is the history for Telemark, Hallingdal, Rogaland, Vest Agder and Valdres along with photographs of before the line work and after.  Use “Rosemaling Styles, Study and Design” for additional help and worksheets.
